Please submit your abstract by filling out the downloadable abstract template below and completing the form. You will be prompted to attach your abstract as a word document (.docx) and any relevant image that you may want to include. The abstract submission deadline is March 17th, 2023 for contributed talks, and March 31st, 2023 for posters.

    ​NB: Spots for contributed talks are limited. Applicants will be notified as to whether their abstract has been accepted for a contributed talk.  If the applicant is not selected for a contributed talk, then they will be given the opportunity to present a poster.
