Keynote speakers will be given 60 minute time slots for talk and questions. We recommend using at least 5 minutes for questions, but the actual division of time will be left to each speaker's discretion. Standard presentation format is 15 minutes, followed by 5 minutes of questions, for a total of no more than 20 minutes. To ensure equal time for each of our many speakers, scheduling will be strictly adhered to. Please plan your presentation accordingly. An LCD projector, laptop, and overhead projector will be available for each presentation. Please let us know if you have any special requirements that were not indicated with your abstract submission.

We request that participants intending to present posters bring posters with a maximum size of 6ft x 4ft. The poster session will be during the day on Saturday.

An additional 10% discount is offered to all CBP registrants (www.utposter.com with 10% off coupon code "cbp2015"). A proof will be emailed back to you to ensure that the final product is to your liking. You may pick up your poster from UTposter (Bloor & Spadina) or at the conference site on April 11th during the poster set-up time (10 am-11 am). There are no other shipping options available. Payment by cash or lab credit card only (no personal credit card option) at pickup. If you have any questions or inquiries, please email order@utposter.com. |

Unfortunately, exploring this topic fully requires more time and space than is available. Some quick recommendations for parking on campus can be found on the University of Toronto parking map. We recommend the following locations for convienience:
Bahen Centre (BA): Note, you need to find the stairway exit, not the elevator exit because the elevator exit leads to inside the building, which is closed off. Rotman Building (RT) Graduate House (GD) King's College Circle is another option, but please check its availability for overnight parking. |
