Registration is open until capacity (120 paid registrants) is reached. If you register after capacity has been reached, you will be added to the wait-list. You will receive an email notifying you of this.

Payment deadline is April 25th, 2025 11:59PM EST. While you can, you are not required to pay the registration fee at the time of registration. If you would like to take advantage of our Early Bird pricing, make sure to register before March 21st, 2025 11:59 PM EST.
Please note: In order to secure a poster or oral presentation slot, you must pay by the payment deadline.

*All fees are listed in CAD. Fees cover attendance to a workshop, the discussion panel, all presentations, and meals from Friday evening to Sunday morning.

Payment Options
You have the option to pay via University of Toronto Internal Transfer (UofT affiliates only), e-Transfer (within Canada only) or PayPal. Please note that e-Transfer is the preferred method of payment.
IMPORTANT:
When completing the registration form, registrants must indicate the email address or phone number associated with the account that will be used when making the payment. We will send you a confirmation of payment upon receipt.
When making the payment via e-Transfer, PayPal, or internal transfer, registrants must provide the full name(s) of the person(s) they are paying for in the message/note section. Registrants paid for by another individual should provide the full name of the person making the payment. Please retain a copy of the transaction confirmation.
Travel Grants
CBP is offering five grants this year (2 at $475, 2 at $275, and 1 at $150). Grants are need-based and only for trainees. If you are interested in being considered for the travel grant, please complete the required section in the registration form detailing your financial situation. Awardees should be aware that funds may be disbursed during or immediately after the symposium, depending on the chosen method of disbursement.
